Document of the Traveling Papers of Herman Meyer

At the top of this Document you will see the name Herman H. Meyer written in pencil. It is funny that though he was actually Hch. Frd. Hermann, He was always known as Herman H.Meyer. [I did notice that when he got married he used the correct name.] I have wondered how many copies of this document they had. I suppose each child had his own. Eighteen eighty one is his birth year. [ we originally thought it was 1883.]
I wonder whose handwriting that is in pencil.
