I received this from a local volunteer in Iowa and later it was shared by one of the family. I would give credit to this, if I knew exactly where it came. I would say from a local paper, but more than likely from one of the books. Calhoun county has a great local history book with biographical accounts of citizens and Greene county does as well. I might have this on another page.
